JKLADCSA asks Govt to implement agreement before October 3 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sep 15: Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association has urged the government to implement the agreement made with employees on September 15, 2011 in letter and spirit before the commencement of Assemble Session which is scheduled to be commence from October, 3, 2015 and warned to go for agitation if demand was not fulfilled. Addressing press conference, which held yesterday, State president Babu Hussain Malik said that the association has submitted a memorandum to State Government through Divisional Commissioner Jammu for redressal of anomalies/disparities in terms of Pay Scales of clerical cadre employees before assembly session. Malik alleged that despite the assurance given by the Finance minister during the meeting held recently in Civil Secretariat in Srinagar on June 12, 2015 but till date the government and the Pay Anomalies Committee has failed to settle the genuine grievances of clerical cadre which are working in a very low pay scale as compared to other cadre who have less qualification, responsibility and nature of duty/ work but are getting higher pay scales. Meanwhile, Babu Malik refuted the news items published in the ET wherein the photograph of their organization was published in news items of other organization. |
