PDSU submits memorandum to DC Kishtwar 9/15/2015 11:29:50 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 15: People's Democratic Students Union ( PDSU ) District Kishtwar today submitted a memorandum to District Development Commissioner Kishtwar under the leadership of President (PDSU), Mudasir Ahanger . In a memorandum they have mentioned that the PDSU has witnessed and has been witnessing that the Govt. Teachers are taking the classes in private Tutorials which is against the system . In this way such teachers encourage the students of their schools to join tutorials. President PDSU , Mudasir Ahanger expressed that this is the matter of serious concern and the teachers community who are working with government organisation are encouraging a tuition culture in the entire district Kishtwar which somehow, reduces the interest of both teachers and students to excel their responsibility in school or colleges.
