| SDM Kotrnka places Horticulture employees under suspension | | |  Early Times Report
Rajouri, Sept 15: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kotrnka-Budhal today paid surprise visit to government offices in Kotranka tehsil and has recommended suspension of employees of Horticulture Office as he found the office locked even at about 12.15 pm.
During his visit, he also visited the adjoining office of Sericulture Development Officers which was also found locked at about 1220 pm and the SDM has called the explanation from Tasveer Hussain, in-charge Sericulture besides stopping withdrawal of pay. He also sought explanation from Abdul Haq Class IV employee for unauthorized absence.
SDM Kotranka, has also demanded explanation from Horticulture Development Officer who is also holding additional charge of Budhal tehsil.
During his visit to Govt Primary School Bhagana Bhela, he found only one teacher present in the school and SDM was appraised that other teacher was being attached in Govt Middle School Daraman.
SDM immediately issued orders for his detachment and directed Zonal Education officer to submit compliance report. He also found that Safina Kousar ReT teacher (now regularized) from Govt
Middle School Draj has been attached in Govt Primary School at Hill Kandi since 2012
SDM later held a meeting of the prominent citizens of Kotranka and directed concerned officers to mitigate the basic problems of the inhabitants at the earliest.
He also had a round of the Kotrakan town along with officers and directed tehsildar to co-operate GREF officials so that the widening of the road and drainage system may be completed soon in the town and in the areas in its vicinity. SDM also paid visits to the offices of Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) office,in-charge Block Medical officer (BMO). |
