| J&K Bank signs MoU with Omkar Nest Pvt Ltd | | |  Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sept 15 : J&K Bank entered into a strategic tie-up with M/s Omkar Nest Pvt Ltd, which is considered one of the reputed housing company of North India. Vice-President (Strategy & Business Development), Tabassum Nazir signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of J&K Bank in presence of bank's President S K Bhat here at the bank's headquarters. Director M/S Omkar Nest Pvt Ltd Vimal Kumar also put in his signatures on the agreement.
Speaking on the occasion Tabassum Nazir said, "J&K Bank has always been tailoring products according to the needs and requirements of the varied segments of state economy." "The bank has renewed its focus on the housing sector in the state. Thus providing finance for housing needs of our customers through such tie-ups is part of the renewed focus on the sector", she added. Director Omkar Nest Vimal Kumar assured quality housing product at affordable prices and timely delivery.
Through this tie-up all the business units of the bank across India will provide housing finance for residential flats of Omkar Nest's project called Royal Nest being constructed at Noida.
