Jammu Oct 12: Police claimed to have arrested one bootlegger alongwith 60 Pouches of Excise Liqour which were recovered from his possession.
According to police, the accused has been identified namely as Rakesh Kumar S/o Chaman Lal R/o Sikanderpur Kothey, Bishnah. "On specific information a police Party of P/S Bishnah raided at Sikanderpur Kothey in house of accused Rakesh Kumar and recovered 60 Pouches of Excise Liqour during searches, police said. In this regard case FIR No. 151/2015 U/S 48-A Excise Act stands registered at P/S Bishnah and further investigation of the case is going on. |
