| Incharge Officers of Education Deptt hold meet | | | Early Times Reports
Kathua Oct 12: Incharge School Education Officers/ Lecturers (SEECC) held a meeting today to discuss the issue of regularization of all cadres i.e Joint directors, CEOs, Principals, ZEOs , lecturers and headmasters.
Amar Nath Thakur Provincial President (SEECC) while addressing the officers said that repeated requests were made to all Chief Education Officers to submit the APR's , files and data of all Incharge officers for regularization but except CEOs Kathua, Samba, Ramban and Doda ,the requisite information is still awaited from remaining CEOs.
He said that he met Director School Education Jammu recently who assured that the matter would be discussed in the meeting of CEOs .He emphasized that the Govt should implement SRO 481 of School Education Department and SRO 252 HE of 2012 in full letter and spirit to regularize all the incharge Officers well in time clamoring that some of the Incharge officers are at the verge of retirement. However, he welcomed the interview of Education Minister of the State in which he stated that the Department is committed for the regularization of all incharge officers/ Lecturers etc. Dhar, President ZEOs Association lamented that ZEOs have not been regularized since 2001 and Principals since 2007 with some of them having retired without regularization. He urged upon the Govt. to get these burning issues solved promptly to dispel the feelings of desperation and discontentment hunting the teaching fraternity. |
