| AIBCU holds conference | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 12: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) today held a conference under the chairmanship of Sagar Chand, Tehsil president in which they discussed the policies of the incumbent coalition government.
According to press release, Abdul Majid Malik, State president AIBCU was the chief guest.
Speakers have strongly condemned the mis-use of Art 370 by the ruling parties like National Conference, Congress, PDP and BJP under their treacherous policies.
They said that some were in favour of Art 370 and some are against it, but the attitude of all the parties towards the state OBCs is the same. "They termed the "Art 370" and "Social Justice" are two contradictory terms in J&K State where Social Justice is choked under the high voltage slogan sound of "Secularism" and the due constitutional rights of 27% reservation vide Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Reprot is being looted".
Sheikh Mohd Abdullah's Anand Committee report of September 1977 is still in force in "Jungal Raj" of J&K State which stands automatically null & void after the Apex Court's Judgement of 1992 on Mandal Report.
NC and Congress still wants to plead Article 35-A in the assembly session with an aim to once again to use it for looting and snatching the due rights of the state poor, particularly of the state OBCs whenever they get chance again. |
