NSF urges CVC to launch probe in CUJ bungling 10/27/2015 11:25:00 PM early times report Jammu, Oct 27: The National Secular Forum (NSF) has demanded high-level probe by the Central agency to unravel the bungling committed in the construction of Central University of Jammu (CUJ) campus at Bagla in Samba district. Addressing a press conference here today, NSF president Sukhdev Singh said that large scale bungling had been committed by the people who handled the affairs of the CUJ from its inception i.e. August 2011. Elaborating, he said the construction work that has been done so far was ridiculous and unjust as the same was not required at all in the initial phase. "The priority of the officials (those who have left now) should had been the construction of Academic Block, but they deliberately went in for construction of Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Professors' Quarters and Guest House besides five water-bodies totaling around Rs 430 crore ," he disclosed.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
