Administrators are trustees of public: Justice BA Khan 10/28/2015 12:34:17 AM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Oct 27: Describing administrators and government functionaries trustees of public, Chairman State Accountability Commission, Justice Bashir Ahmad Khan has asked officers to work with honesty for the benefit and welfare of public besides development and prosperity of the State. Justice Khan said this, while interacting with KAS probationers at Institute of Management and Public Administration (IMPA) here today. Speaking on the occasion, he threw light upon the functioning and role of State Accountability Commission. He said accountability is foremost in efficient and transparent functioning of governance. He stressed upon probationers to have a full lawful knowledge of day to day administration so that future of people, administration and State is secured.
