PDP deputation calls on DC, SSP Kishtwarc 10/28/2015 12:34:29 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Oct 27: A deputation of People's Democratic Party today called on newly posted Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ghulam Nabi Balwan and SSP Kishtwar Sandeep Kumar Wazir. A deputation comprised of Mushtaq Ahmed Sheikh Ex District Vice President Kishtwar, senior leaders Gulam Hussain Butt, Mohammad Iqbal, Abdul Kabir Sheikh, Munshi Ram, Shadi lal Parihar, Ramesh Kumar, District Youth President Mohammad Umar Malik, Firdous Bagwan, Raju, Gulam Mohammad, Altaf Hussain Sheikh and others called DC and SSP and they assured their full cooperation to both the officers towards various developmental initiative initiated by the PDP-BJP government in Kishtwar District beside towards maintaining peace and communal harmony in the District. All the leaders laid stress on both the officers for organising regular meetings with the general public so that the problems faced by the masses could be addressed at their door steps. PDP leaders also laid stress for proper maintenance of Kishtwar-Batote road and also raised the issue of shortage of drinking water, shortage of ration at government run fair price shops, shortage of Kerosene oil, bettering in distribution of LPG cylinders during winter season and several other issues pertaining to unemployed youths, fast tracking of execution of power projects and restart of work on 850 MW Rattle Power Project at Drabshala. Both the officers give patient hearing to the issues raised by the PDP delegation and assured them that the issues raised by them will be looked into on top priority.
