Jammu, Oct 27: Six more people have tested positive for dengue, taking the total number of patients suffering from the vector-borne disease across Jammu region to 182.
“Out of 72 samples collected yesterday, six have been tested positive for dengue,” a senior official of Health Department here today said.
He said that three people from Jammu, two from Kathua and one from Jammu were tested positive.
“So far in the past few months, 182 people across the region were tested positive and treated well,” he added.
Health official appealed to the people to take all preventive measures so that spread of Dengue can be checked.
