ADCSA holds joint meet, discusses future course of action | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10: A joint meeting of the representatives of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association held at Jammu under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, State President of the Association including other office bearers in order to discuss the future course of action after the landmark judgement of the High Court of J&K at in which HC has directed the state government to remove the pay anomalies/disparities of clerical cadre of all the departments in a writ petition filed by the members of the Association. Members of the Association appealed to all the clerical cadre employees of the state not to get befooled by the self style leaders on 13-02-2016 to mislead the common employees particularly the clerks calling upon them to avoid such calls as the Association has full faith in the Judiciary of the State and hoped that the government will come out with a positive response by accepting the orders of the High Court. All the clerical cadre employees are hereby appealed not to go for strike unless the call for strike is given by Babu Hussain Malik, President Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association reposing their faith and confidence in the Executive Body of the Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association in whose favour the High Court has already granted the relief for removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre. All the representatives in one voice appealed to the government to implement the orders of the High Court vide SWP No. 3058/2015, M.P. No. 01/2015 in letter and spirit regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre at an earliest otherwise the Association will be left with no other option but to approach the High Court to issue contempt order in this behalf. High Court has given two months time to the government to remove the anomalies of the clerical cadre but even after the lapse of two months time period nothing has been done in this case. Babu Hussain Malik urged upon the Governor and Chief Secretary of the state to solve the long pending demand of the employees regarding removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre by giving Grade of 4000-6000 to junior Assistant and 4500-7000 to Senior Assistant and 5500-9000 to Head Assistant and Junior Stenographers. |
