Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 3: Civil Secretariat Employees Coordination Committee (CSECC) is dismayed over sidelining employees' issues during governor's rule. According to press release, President, CSECC Chairman, Ghulam Rasool Mir has expressed dismay over the non-inclusion of key employees' demands like, cadre review /Career Progress, removal of long pending pay anomalies DA release, enhancement of Danbar TA, TMA, MA and refreshment charges, revival of LTC, reduction in qualifying service, in Appropriation Bill passed by the State Administrative Council as commitment made by government. During Governor's rule Darbar Move Employees suffered a lot as not a single issue has been addressed even though assurance was given. First time Darbar Move Employees have not been provided ration since implementation of NFSA. Another big problem was lack of security in the residential colonies of employees even some employees got injuries by goons. These are the employees who are working round the clock for government but still the administration didn't redress their genuine demands when the genuine issues remain unaddressed. Mir wondered how could the present dispensation sideline such crucial issues of working class when it decided on a policy issue like Medi-claim concerning around three lakh employees of the State in a hush manner. |
