Jammu, Apr 3: Extending full support to the popular government in the State, National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) said that installation of popular government in a democratic set up is always a welcome development. Addressing workers, NMC president hoped that under the leadership of Mehbooba Mufti as head of the government, a new era of development and peace will again usher in the state, as she has emphatically cleared that the aspirations of the people of all three region of the state will be respected with equitable development.
He further said that Mehbooba Mufti is a mature and seasoned leader as she has been groomed and worked closely with her father late Mufti Mohd. Sayeed veteran and tall leader of the country in general and state in particular.
Among others who were present in the meeting included Rajan Babu Khajuria, B.S Jamwal, Sunil Kochhar, Darshan Bawa, Surinder Kumar, Bopinder Singh, Mohan Lal, Swaran Bhagat, Vijay Bhagat, Sukhdev Singh, Paramjit (Com Barkat Ram), Tarseem, Sudesh Bhagat and others. |
