JAMMU, Apr 3 : J&K National Trade Union Front (JKNTUF) has announced to hold massive protest demonstration in front of Divisional Commissioner Office, Panama Chowk, Jammu on April 11 to pressurize the state government for doing away with its anti-working class and delaying policies. While addressing a press conference here today, veteran trade union leader Mohammad Gafoor Dar, who is state president JKNTUF along with Rajinder Kumar, Nazir Ahmed Molvi, Raj Singh, Vikram Jeet Singh and Peeran Ditta. Criticizing the delaying policies of state government, the Front leaders said that it miserably failed to settle the burning issues of thousands of Anganwadi Workers, Helpers, ASHA Workers, need base casual labourers who have been struggling under the banner of JKNTUF throughout the state by holding Dharnas, Rallies at Tehsil, District and provincial level urging upon the state government to frame regularization policy for more than 60,000 casual labourers and withdrawal of termination order of workers and helpers of ICDS mission. But it is very unfortunate that the State Govt, despite of giving assurances has failed to come out with the regularization policy, they added. |
