| Chakarpani asks BJP to hoist national flag at Lal Chowk | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Aug 14: Chakarpani Swamy, Chief Hindu Mahasabha today suggested Bharatiya Janta Party BJP to hoist national flag at Lal Chowk Srinagar then talk about hoisting of flag in PoK.
Swamy disclosed that he suggested Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India to hoist National flag at Lal Chowk on occasion of 70th Independence Day than at Red Fort after Kashmir turbulent as its would spread a message of unity & integrity but PM who talked about hoisting flag in PoK refused to hoist national flag in Kashmir. He alleged BJP to play dual role with the aim to attract media's attraction and divert citizens' attention from its failure to fulfill promises made during election campaign.
Chakraswami Swami accompanied by Sadvi Prachi, dozens of supporters started their journey from Red Fort for Kashmir to hoist national flag at Lal Chowk, has been forcibly pushed back by District Kathua and Police administration. "Half dozens Police contingents were deployed at Gateway of J&K to block procession began with the aim to teach a lesson to Pakistan and Separatists who live in India but dance on Pakistan's tune," Swami informed. He added that it was hard to get permission for yatra from Union Home Ministry that asked to submit vehicles registration numbers for security purposes but BJP government directed security forces to block yatra at Lakhanpur. |
