| AJKLTF demands cancellation of Master transfer list | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Aug 14: All Jammu and Kashmir Ladakh Teacher Federation today held a meeting under the chairmanship of KL Gupta in which they demands cancellation of Master transfer list issued by Director School Education Jammu on August 12. Speaking on the occasion, Gupta alleged that the relatives of politicians, bureaucrats those having monetary relation with the transfer nexus are transferred within zero to 10 Kilometers distance from the district headquarter, whereas those who were posted more than 30 kilometers now are transferred more than 80kilometers from district headquarter. "Even some Master grade transferred within winter zone schools which are clear cut violation of transfer policy', Gupta said, adding that the transfer Mela remained a flop show and the School Education authorities is befooling the teaching fraternity.
They further alleged that the higher authority of department concerned leaving no stone unturned to harass the innocent teachers who are dedicated, hard working, honest, intelligent but having no political, bureaucratic relations and monetary relations with the transfer nexus . The members alleged that in Udhampur, Jib, Tikri and Chenani zones, some master grade teachers never transferred within five kilometers and now they are transferred within zero kilometers, it clearly indicates that such teachers having internal settings with the transfer nexus.
Ravi Kumar Vice- President of Federation, Rakesh Kumar Organizer, Rakesh Sharma Convenor, Radha Krishan District Secretary, Surinder Mohan and Vijay Kumar were also present on during meeting. |
