Congress speaks in two voices on J&K: Randhir Singh | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 14: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) state president Thakur Randhir Singh has said that most of the stalwarts of various parties and particularly from Congress which ruled for the maximum period speak in two voices on Jammu and Kashmir. Two days back, all party meeting held at New Delhi, in which Dr Karan Singh suggesting that talks beheld with separatists and leader of opposition Gulam Nabi Azad leaving his position much more undefined. Singh hails statement of another stalwart PDP's Lok Sabha MP Muzaffar Hussain Beg a legal luminary , said the current unrest in the valley is "undisclosed" different from earlier protests in several respects , the first being it is more influenced by religious extremism and hence any patchwork solution will not work to resolve the situation. It is like a subterranean volcano that could erupt any time, with the involvement of a foreign country. Beg said that the warning of the threat of younger generation in Kashmir increasingly getting influenced by IS (Islamic state). |
