DDC directs to submit class IV Revenue employees record 8/27/2016 11:02:13 PM MS Nazki Early Times Report Poonch, Aug 27: Taking the serious note, District Development Commissioner MH Malik has directed ADC to submit the record of all Revenue class IV employees before his office within stupilated time as some of the class IV employee have been reportedly working as jounior Assistants in Revenue Deptt Mendhar sources said here today. An order has been circulated directing ADC Poonch to submit the report of all class IV employees of Revenue department in district who have been reportedly working as Junior assistants they futher added that they demand and accept bride for petty works from the gullible people of the district. It is pertinent to mention here that a couple of days ago Early Times carried a news item in its edition exposing the nexus of senior revenue officers and some class IV employees who where making fortunes under the very nose of senior officers. Sources said that basic qualification of a junior Assistant is minimum graduate while as 10+2 pass can be employed as class IV. Junior Assistant has also to qualify the department test while as a class IV employees after serving many years is eligible to participate in departmental promotion test and if qualified he is being taught the work of a Junior Assistant other wise not, the sources maintained. The DDC has taken the serious note of the news item and simultaneously directed for submission of record of class IV employees of Revenue Department of the dirtrict before his office.
