Battal Balian villagers protest poor condition of road 9/2/2016 10:56:36 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Sept 2: The local villagers of Battal Balian today protested demanding four km road pending for black toping to be fulfilled. The protesting people raised slogans against district administration and Public Works Department (PWD) Udhampur alleging that there was total 7 km length of this road but three km was black topped while four km is left uncompleted. Locales demanded completion of the road which turn problematic for the small children and old man and woman.
