Poonch, Sept 2: While demanding to start a system of bio-metric attendance for the Ministers of State coalition government, who are not visible on ground since valley unrest started, Provincial President of Youth National Conference Ajaz Jan today said that most of the government ministers are missing on ground since unrest started in Kashmir and thus there should be a bio metric attendance system for ministers so as to ensure they remain available for government services. He at the same time questioned from government authorities to inform who will pay the charges of mobile internet plans taken by people as the mobile internet facilities often remained snapped due to one or the other reason. While addressing a well attended workers meeting in Mandi tehsil of Poonch district, Provincial President NC(Y) Ajaz Jan said that since last more than one month, mobile internet services are lying continuously snapped in Rajouri and Poonch which has put people especially students in grave problem. "People are paying for mobile data rental plan without using the same due to ban and state government should clarify that who will pay the money of these mobile net packs as people are not able to use the same " Jan said. While castigating the decision of government for issuing salary to state government employees on the basis of their bio metric attendance, Jan demanded to start bio metric attendance for ministers also who according to him remained missing from ground zero since unrest started in Kashmir. Ajaz Jan also stated that state government has failed to fill the vital posts in far flung belts of Poonch and Rajouri which is affecting the services of government system. "Post of BDO and Tehsildar, which are vital government posts on tehsil level, are lying vacant in Mandi and government is careless over this issue " Jan said. Abdul Ahad Bhatt, Mohd Akram lone, Abdul Ahad Malik Kamrate, Dr Mohd Abbas, Mohd Aslam Bhatt, Mir Aslam, Bashir Mir, Mohd Shafi, Bashir Niak, Mohd Wali Tantary, Mohd Akbar Parray, Khalil Lone, Nazeer Thakar and others also spoke on the occasion. |
