CPPWU demands opening of Degree college for Paddar 10/12/2016 11:55:22 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Oct 12: Chinar Power Projects Workers Union (CPPWU) Kishtwar has demanded opening of Government Degree College for Paddar. District president Joginder Bhandari said that people of Paddar have been crying for the last two decades to grant Degree College for Paddar but it was a matter of great concern that their demands were not fulfilled whereas Chatroo , Marwah, Ukhral, Thathari , Kahara were sanctioned. Paddar being a biggest Division has so far totally been neglected by the government for grant of Govt.Degree College where every year 450 to 500 students pass out from Govt.Higher Secondary school Atholi and most of them have to give up their further studies due to the non availability of Degree college in the area, he said. Bhandari also said that Minister of State for Transport Sunil Sharma has forgotten the promises made during elections compagin with the people of Paddar and now the people of Paddar has criticised the MoS for making false promises with the innocent people of the area and termed Sunil Sharma MoS Transport as a failed Minister.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
