JKPWA demands issuance of SRO for pensioners 10/12/2016 11:56:13 PM Jammu, Oct 12: President J&K Pensioners Welfare Association Jagdev Singh Baloreia has strongly pleaded with the State Government for issuing of SRO in respect of pre-2006 pensioners who have rendered less than 33 years of service. Now as per the Supreme Court verdict and also in view of the J&K Government recent decision with regard to pre-2006 IAS pensioners , such decision must be issued by the State Government for pre-2006 Pensioners as well. In a press release issued here today, Baloreia referred to the Supreme Court Judgment of April 2016, the qualifying service for entitlement to full pension was rationalized and ordered that full pension must be granted to all pensioner irrespective to their qualifying service. This Apex Court Judgment must be honored at the earliest by BJP-PDP coalition Government and issue orders for releasing full pension to all the pre-2006 State Pensioners as has been done in case of IAS cadre working in J&K State.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
