NC leader accorded warm send off 10/23/2016 11:04:00 PM Early Times Report Mendhar, Oct 23: National Conference leader Advocate Nazir Choudhary, was accorded a warm welcome by party cadres here after being appointed as Vice Provincial President of NC Jammu wing. A large number of locals and party activists assembled on NC office Mendhar on arrival of Advocate Nazir Choudhary to welcome him. A celebration rally was also taken out in Mendhar in which hundreds of people took part.
