| Dogra Sadar Sabha holds meeting at Dogra Hall | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 28: Prominent members representing from various social, religious and trade organizations in collaboration with Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS) today held a meeting at Dogra Sadar Sabha, Bhawan.
According to press release, DSS President Gulchain Singh Charak said that all the members present in the meeting strongly reiterated their objection to the Road Blockbetween Dogra Hall Jammu and Ranvireshwar Shiv temple that is established each time the State Secretariat moves to the summer capital.
They further said that road block reflects the insecurity and in-accessibility of the state Government and causes uncalled for and unnecessary hardships to the population of the area around the secretariat and literally dissects the holy town of temples.
Moved with emotions some veterans felt that the blockage of their age old passage to temples is un-constitutional blow on their fundamental rights.
They urged upon the Government that a decision not to block this road of peaceful Jammu city should be taken before the Durbar move or else the members were all geared up to put in stiff resistance and launch a strong agitation to get their fundamental right of passage to the religious places and cremation of their dead.
