Jammu, Feb 17: A placement drive was conducted for the students of Electrical Branch of Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology by "Talent Pull", a renowned company looking after the installation and commissioning of various microwave antennas and working on latest technology of 4G-Jio project activities here on the campus. Quest for this "Talent Pull" met a satisfactory response from the budding engineers of the College. The participation in the drive in huge numbers alone was a massive success in itself, as the students showed great grit and determination and appeared in all the phases of the selection process. Among 35 students who appeared in the selection process, only nine students namely Piyush Bhasin, Amir Najeeb, Umar Aliyas Najar, Abhishek Choudhary, Rizvan Bashir Rather, Salman Ali Khan, Mohammad Asad Malik, Sunil Kumar Digra, Junaid Ahmed Hafiz, could finally selected by the company on annual packaged of Rs.1.8 to 2.5 lac per annum. The students, rather overjoyed upon making the department proud, poured the credit of their success on to the faculty members for constantly guiding and motivating them. The students also appreciated the entire management for their student oriented policies and never ending support. Dr. Arvind Dewangan, Director, Er. Sandeep Malik, Dean and Er. B.R.Verma, Cheif Coordinator expressed their heartiest congratulations and best wishes to the successful students and offered stern motivation to all others hoping to achieve success.
