Jammu, Feb 17: Tiny Tots Hr Sec School Roopnagar celebrated 18th Annual Sports Day with full zeal and enthusiasm in school premises. The programme began with the march past by Scouts and Guides taking salute followed by various sports events from kindergarten to Senior Section.
Different events included were 100 m race, 200m race, back race, sack race, lemon spoon race, frog race, ballrace, musical chair, 3-legged race, bucket and ball, high jump, long jump, side race, cricket, volleyball and badminton.
Students were dressed up in white attires holding national flags waving and cheering for their fellow students created the feeling of patriotism and joyfulness in the atmosphere.
The Principal of the school announced the winners and threw light on the importance of games and sports in the overall physical and mental well being. |
