| Dalit Sena demands scrapping of Art-370 | | |

JAMMU, Feb 22: Dalit Sena has sought immediate scaping of Article-370 and reduction of the tenure of Legislative assembly to five years.
Sena chief, Romesh Lal Bhagat, in a press hand out issued here, said that it is most unfortunate that some parties at the time of election only harp on the conventional slogan of Secularism whereas in actual practices they run the business purely on communal lines. Quoting instances Bhagat said that it is an open fact that while opening new Health Centers or up gradation of Schools & health centre or establishing new administrative units or creating new Panchyats or CDS Blocks or for that matter of fact connecting villages with roads, due weight is given taking into account the caste factor of each area/ village. This is the biggest tragedy with our political system, Bhagat said and added that these parties need be taught a lesson in the next coming elections. |
