| Govt employee attempts to demolish passenger shed | | | Early Times Report
MENDHAR, Feb 22: A local government employee has allegedly tried to demolish a passenger shed which is being constructed since 2006-07 in Kalavan village. According to locals the employee has been identified as Sajad Ahmed Khan s/o Mohd Iqbal Khan r/o Kalaban, Mahala who is serving in the department of Fire brigades at Poonch. According to locals of Kalaban village, Sajad Ahmed Khan wanted to make his own house at the place so he went there every evening and was displacing some stones, so that the structure could ultimately collapsed. Locals have appealed SDM Mendhar to visit this village at once and check out the said matter and save the government heritage as soon as possible. |
