Jammu, Feb 22: National Investigation Agency today produced five persons arrested by J&K Police for their alleged involvement in the escape of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militant Naveed Jatt from judicial custody during a recent shootout here in the Court of Special Judge NIA J&K Jammu.
Special Judge NIA J&K Jammu Haq Nawaz Zargar after considering the remand application of NIA, allowed the application and granted 14 days Judicial of accused namely Mohd. Tika Khan S/O Abdul Khan R/O Singoo, Narbal, Kakapora, Pulwama, Shakeel Ahmed Bhat S/O Mohd. Ramzan Bhat R/O Lelhar Kakapora, Pulwama, Syed Tajamul S/O Syed Mohd Syed R/O Pahoo, Kakapora, Pulwama, Mohd Shafi Wani S/O Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani R/O Singoo Narbal, Kakapora, Pulwama and Jan Mohd. Ganie S/O Ganie S/O Ghulam Hassan Ganie R/O Kaisreegam, Kakapora, Pulwama. |
