| KECSS releases quarterly magazine-Shuhul Taaph | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 27: Shuhul Taaph- a quarterly socio-cultural magazine was released today in an impressive function at Press club Jammu. Shushul Taaph is an official magazine of Kashmir Education Cultural and Science Society (KECSS) New Delhi.
Kashmir Education Cultural and Science Society is popularly known as KECSS was registered as a society in the year 1968 with the objective of serving and enriching the cultural heritage of the community.
Many community stalwarts have been associated with the organization. There are lot many persons who have served the objectives of the society, some of the persons are H C Shalia, Col J N Raina Air Com Ganjoo and Col R K Kachoo to name a few.
The KECSS has come up a over the period of years serving the cause of Kashmiri community by organizing seminars, cultural programmes, art exhibitions and different forms of events related to language, literature, art and social functioning for cohesion and rich cultural integration.
Discourses, discussions, art performances, musharas and publication of books based on culture of Kashmir and publication of a newsletters have been have been an activity of KECSS by KECSS over the years.
The dignitaries were welcomed by presenting bouquets and a brief introduction of the presidium was given to the audience, which comprised people of eminence from the field of literature art and culture. |
