Jammu, Feb 27: To acquaint young students of Primary wing with wildlife and its different habitats, Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School, Akalpur Morh, Udheywalla, Jammu, organised a programme on animal kingdom Jungle Journey Show. The programme was organised in the school ground where different habitats of animals such as den, burrow, hole and kennel were created and small children representing as lion, dog, monkey, crocodile and rabbit were settled in their respective habitats. The purpose of the programme was to enable the small children to generalize the importance of the wildlife and to know the dwelling places of different wild animals. The students enjoyed the programme and performed their parts curiously. Dr. S.K. Koul, Secretary Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School was the Chief Guest on the occasion. He acclaimed the tiny tots for their fabulous performances and admired the organizers Sunita Saraf, Pushpa Koul, Rashim Thappa and Diksha Pandita from Pre- Primary Wing. |
