| Doon International School Jammu among top 500 schools of India | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 27: Doon International School, Jammu has made a place in Top 500 Schools of India and received the award in the category of 'Best Happiness Quotient Index/ Implementing Personality Based Learning(PBL)' at Brainfeed School Excellence Awards in Chandigarh. This award was conferred by 'Brainfeed' magazine, one of the leading educational magazines of India. Principal, Vikesh Kaur accepted the award on behalf of the school. Chairman, GN Tantray addressed the staff and appreciated their efforts to put DIS on the national education map. Batting second SRML school achieved the target and made 106 runs in 11.5 overs for the loss of 2 wickets and thus won the match by 2 wickets. Kanhaiya 59, Vivrant 26 and Jagjit 18 were the main scorers. From bowling side Amit and Aryan shared 1 wicket for their team. |
