| Cong leader criticizes amendment in SC/ST Act | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 5: The OBC leader of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra has strongly criticized the amendment made in SC/ST Atrocities Act 1989 by the Supreme Court.
Dogra said that it is a conspiracy hatched by the Modi led NDA government.
He said that the amendment made in the Act is a grave threat to the very fabric of the constitution.
Dogra said that the ruling regime at the centre as well as the state is against the democracy and secularism while also against the constitutional rights of the weaker and under privileged class.
He appealed the people to remain vigil from the nefarious designs of the conspirators. |
