| JKMEF postpones scheduled dharna on April 12 | | |  Jammu, Apr 5: Sushil Sudan President Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation informed the media persons here today at Press Club during press conference with the Leaders of JKMEF that it was unanimously decided in the meeting that the Dharna of the Medical Employees Federation which was prescheduled to be staged on 07-04- 2018 is now been postponed and will be staged on 12-04- 2018 at DHS Complex. The decision in this regard was taken due to the engagement of Health employees on the occasion of World Health Day which is falling on 07-04- 2018 and mostly on this day free Health Camps and various other programs are organized on this special day which is for the general public especially for poor people and JKMEF is not only pledged for the welfare of employees but for the general masses too. It is again highly requested to the higher authorities to fulfill the demands of the health employees of all categories including DPC order of all the categories should be issued immediately, Amendment of SRO 20 should be done as earliest as possible, Transparency in Transfer policy of Department must be adopted.
, Pick and Choose policy which is not justified, Notional benefit to the all adhoc and Contractual employees of the department, Risk allowance to all Medical Employees, Filling up of all vacant posts of Gazatted / Non Gazatted cadre as per sanctioned position in rural areas as well as in urban health institutions etc. |
