JAMMU, Apr 5: Bagh-e-Bahu police today claimed to have arrested a woman drug peddler and recovered over 1 kg Ganja from her possession.
Police spokesman said that acting on information party of police station Bagh-e-Bahu police station led by Inspector Satish Kumar, SHO Bagh-e-Bahu police station under the supervision of SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP City South Sandeep Chaudhary raised a naka at Qasim Nagar and intercepted a woman.
"During search of woman, police recovered 1 kg 200 gram ganja from her possession", said spokesman", adding that woman identified herself as Bano wife of Ajeet of Rajiv Nagar. Police sources said that woman was indulged in drug peddling from much time. |
