Udhampur, Apr 16: The Sulabh toilet complex in Udhampur has become a safe heaven for the drunkards , drug addicts and anti-social wrong elements.
Many of sulabh toilet complexs are open in Udhampur city within municipal limits at Golemarket , Bustand , Sallian Talab ,MH chowk etc by the order of adminstration or concerned authorities for uses or helping the people of Udhampur.
The locals said the different types of foul smell emanates from the toilets. Alcohol, tobacco are frequently consumed in the toilets especially in the evenings.
The locals have accused the contract holder of inaction. They have also sought action against the violators. |
