Early Times Report JOURIAN, May 4: As a mark of respect to the founder of Red Cross Movement Sir Henry Dunant, an inter school paper reading contest for teachers on the topic "What Red Cross Society is and what it does" was held at Government Higher Secondary School Jourian under the chairmanship of School Principal N P Singh . In this programme total twelve teachers of different schools of the adjoining areas participated and shared their views. Teacher Atulya Pushap of HSS Jourian, Deepak Sharma of MS Potha Kandyal and Suresh Kumari, MS Jourian, Ritu Gupta and Shikha Rajput both of GHS Jourian were adjudicatd, first, second and third respectively by the jury members. Principal N P Singh spoke on the occasion and highlighted the role of Red Cross Society in the entire world,. He said that the volunteers of Red Cross Society are working in every nook and corner of the world and always remain with the poor and needy people. |
