| MLA inaugurates Sub Station | | |  Early Times Report
Udhmapur, May 4: Fulfilling a long pending demand of residents of Dedrha Gujjar MohallaJakhar, MLA Udhampur Pawan Kumar Gupta today inaugurated 63 KVA Sub. Station at Dedrha Gujjar Mohalla Jakhar from his CDF for the year 2017-18.
He was accompanied by PDD officials, RDD and PHE officials, dozens of local residents and political activists of the area.
MLA said that these areas have been facing power crisis from the past several years and they also face long hours of power cuts so for fulfilling demands of the locals of the area such step have been taken in order to eradicate the crisis of power from these areas. The funds for the installation of the sub-station were sanctioned by the MLA from the CDF.
MLA assured the residents of the area that their legitimate demands would be fulfilled in a phased manner. On this occasion local people expressed gratitude towards MLA Udhampur Pawan Kumar Gupta, beside this the locals said that a new chapter of development will begin.
A local resident told that MLA has fulfilled his election commitment. The installation of transformer redressed the problem faced by locals especially women and students. |
