DC Kishtwar forms committee to review detachment in ED | | | Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Kishtwar, May 7: Taking strong note of attachment and deployment of teachers, masters and other teaching and non teaching staff from rural schools to city schools of Kishtwar, the deputy commissioner Angrez Singh Rana constitute three member committee headed by ADDC Immam Din to review into the attachment of all those teachers and teaching staff working outside or within the zone with immediate effect and submit the report to him within week's time. The order which is likely to be blocked by influential teachers and other teaching staff as they previously did in terms of the Order issued by I/C CEO Javeed Ahmed Kichloo vide circular No. CEO/K/18/13280-91 Dated 20-3-2018 in which he ordered the detachment of teaching staff of Zone Padder/Marwah/Warwan/Kuntwara and Binoon areas of Zone Drabshalla. As per the details available with "Early Times", DC vide Order No. DDCK/Plg/Edu-47/FY 19/956-62 appointed three member Committee comprises of ADDC Immam Din, I/C CEO Javed Ahmed Kichloo & Principal DIET Suresh Kumar Sen to look into the various public complaints with regard to non functioning of schools in many rural areas due to attachment of teachers. The order stated that the CEO vide No. CEO/K/2017/25832-34 Dated 9-11-2017 submitted the list of 231 teachers attached in various capacities in the District. The committee so constituted shall submit the report to this office within week's time. Earlier the Secretary to Government School Education Department J&K State during a Video Conference held on 20-3-2018 directed the I/C CEO that all the teaching staff who are working in attach/ deployment/ need bases within the zone or outside the zone be relived henceforth and shall report to their legitimate place of posting with immediate effect, but instead of detaching the teachers makes further attachment the CEO attach few more master grade before demitting the office at the time of retirement. Meanwhile the sources within the Education department told the "Early Times" that soon after the order of DC, the influential teachers and Masters were seen hobnobbing around the homes of politicians. The sources said that majority of the students studying in city schools are domestic helpers with the teachers, masters, lecturers or employees of education department. |
