Srinagar, May 27: Two days training of trainers to 40 volunteers including District Youth Coordinators, sponsored by Nehru Yuva Kendra held at IMPA complex Srinagar concluded here today. The feedback was collected by Dr. J.A. Jabeen and Dr. Bilal A. Bhat on behalf of center for study was taken up from the trainees. Some participants raised some questions regarding TOT which were noted down and assured to solve in future training programs . S S Kashav , state director, J&K Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports ,Government of India expressed happiness over the training and thanked to IMPA authority for successful conduct of TOT program for imparting required knowledge to trainees. Those who gave suggestions for future improvement of such training were Rampaul Dogra from NYK Jammu, Som Nath Zard, DYC,Kathua. All the 40 participants were distributed certificates of participation by S s kashav ,Director J&K in presence the IMPA authority. Before this, a complete lecture on youth empowerment and formation of youth clubs, community participation ,flagship programs, volunteer and voluntarism and relevant knowledge was disseminated, women empowerment, gender discrimination. |
