Jammu, May 30: The Inter School district Level tournament for Girls in the sports discipline of Judo, Kurash, Jeet Kwando, Gymnastic, Karate, Rope Skipping, U/17 & U/14 (girls) Tennis ball Cricket, & Tennis Cricket U/17 Girls for the year 2018-19 of District Jammu gets underway today here at Indoor Complex M.A stadium Jammu & Green Field Gandhi Nagar.
In all 287 girls are drawn across from 14 Zones of Jammu District are taking part in the competitions.
The competitions are being organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu is the organising Secretary of the tournament. Matches were officiated by the panel of experts of department of Youth Services & Sports. |
