| Man escaped after murdering brother held | | |

Jammu, May 30: Gharota police today claimed to have arrested a man who allegedly murdered his 19 year-old younger brother over a petty issue at village Kangar in Kot Bhalwal area from Thatri village.
The deceased identified as Joginder Singh (19) son of Bhalwan Singh of village Kangar of Kot Bhalwal was allegedly murdered by his elder brother namely Balbir over a petty issue in the intervening night of 27/28 May.
After reportedly murdering his brother the alleged accused managed to escape from the spot and today team led by Inspector Gurmeet Singh, SHO Gharota arrested him.
A case under FIR no. 51/2018 under section 302 of RPC was already registered in this connection. |
