Early Times Report JAMMU, June 9: The five days training programme organized by Civil Defence Jammu was today inaugurated at conference Hall of RCDCC Jammu. According to press release, the programme was organized under the guidance of Addl. Director General of police, HG / CD & SDRF, J&K and close supervision of Dy. SP Anita Pawar, Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training camp the CD warden/ volunteers were given the knowledge regarding First Aid & Fire Fighting with rescue techniques. During welcome address Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu highlighted the Role of civil defence during natural calamities. Parmjit Kumar, Chief Warden and Thakur Ranjit Singh Dy. Chief warden also share their views regarding the importance of first Aid, Rescue Techniques and Disaster Management. The main aim of the 5 days training programme to facilitate the civil Defence Wardens/ Volunteers about the importance of First Aid, & Rescue Techniques.
