| No Bail granted to alleged narco smuggler | | | Kishtwar June 11: Principal District and Session Court Kishtwar today granted bail to alleged narco smuggler who was arrested by Kishtwar police in December 2017 along with 700 grams of Charas.
As per the details available with Early Times, Principal District and Session Court today granted bail to arrested drug peddler identified as Mohammad Iqbal Khanday S/O Ghulam Mohammad Khanday R/O Loi Dhar Chatroo involved in case FIR No 226/2017 under section 8/20 NDPS Act subject to furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 50000. The accused was directed by the court to remain present on every hearing in the court beside not to leave the jurisdiction of the court. He was also warned against attempts to influence the witnesses of the case.
After furnishing of bail bonds, the accused was released from the District Jail Kishtwar. |
