Kathua, June 12: Rajinder Singh Bubby, the brother of Lal Singh BJP MLA who was accused of using derogatory , unparliamentary language against J&K CM Mehboob Mufti during Dogra swabhimaan rally in Hiranagar on 20 May 2018, was sent to police custody for three days by an Executive Magistrate in Hirangar on Monday Evening, a day after he was arrested by the Police In Udaipur Rajasthan.
It is pertinent to mention here that Rajinder Singh was named in FIR no 187 of 2018 for the offences under section 501,509of RPC and section 66/67 of IT act registered in police station Hiranagar
Sources told Early Times that Kathua Police also detained another person who helped Rajinder Singh alias Bubby while he was evading arrest. Sources disclosed that he was working in Municipal council as contractual worker. |
