Jammu, June 12: Raju Dabholkar Cricket Club (RDCC) Mumbai defeated Game Changer Cricket Club (GCCC) R S Pura by 8 runs in the ongoing Inter-State Integration Cup being organised by Game Changer XI Cricket Club R S Pura in collaboration with Country Cricket Stadium Gharota under the guidance of Ankush Abrol Ex. Member BCCI and presently JKCA working Committee member and Dr. Vikas Sharma State President (NSF), Devender Padha Sr. Journalist and Rajesh Dhar JKCA working Committee member.
Earlier, RDCC Mumbai won the toss and elected to bat first. Kohli 29 runs off 32 balls and Kunal 29 runs off 36 balls remained the top scorer while Mowlik, Vaibhav and Viraj played important innings by scoring 17 runs each to help RDCC post a challenging total of 165 runs on scoreboard.
For GCCC, Vikrant scalped 3 wickets to remain pick of the bowlers while Agastya and Abhinav also shared 2 wickets each.
Chasing target, GCCC could not manage to climb target and kept losing wickets on regular intervals only ending up on the losing side as the Team lost the match by 8 runs. Sachin Kumar (28), Avinash (23) and Vikrant (11) were the top contributors for GCCC.
For RDCC Mumbai, Tayde remained the pick of the bowlers by taking 4 wickets, whereas Saish and Mowlik also shared 2 wickets each. Kohli of RDCC was declared as the best batsman of the match, while Tayde was declared as Best bowler of the match.
Prominent person present on the occasion include Gaurav Sharma president GCCC, Mukesh Sharma, Head Coach GCCC besides members of the Inter-State Integration Cup organising committee Vijay Raina and Ashok Singh were the field umpires for the match, while Rajeev Gupta and Anchit Mahajan maintained scoreboard.
