Udhampur, June 30 : A large number of national Conference and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) have joined Indian National Congress under the leadership of senior Congress leader and INTUC State Secretary Sumit Magotra. In this occasion a BJP activist Ramesh Khajuria has expressed that Country had high hopes on Prime Minister Narinder Modi for peace, progress and prosperity but it is unfortunate Country is facing a dire situation of communalism. While addressing the new entries in Congress, INTUC State Secretary Sumit Magotra has welcomed the NC, BJP activist for joining Congress and hoped they will strengthen party and follow the Congress ideology. Magotra has expressed that only secularism and secular ideology can strengthen the Country. He further expressed that Country is facing a big threat of communalism under the shadow of BJP. The prominent NC-BJP activist those joined Congress includes Ch. Akram , Abdul Rahman, Sohan Singh, shanker Dass, tilak raj, Romesh Khajuria, Bodh Raj, Kaku Ram, Inder Sharma, gafoor Khan, Purshotam Lal and Krishan Singh. |
