| BDO Kalakote forces MGNREGA workers to buy material from same shop | | |

Kalakote, July 6: In yet another dimension of the deep rooted corruption and impropriety in Kalakote, one MIS operator under MGNREGA and other JSA are forcing all workers of MGNREGA to buy the material from a shop of their close relative. Sources informed that the vendor who is not register under GST issued fake GST bills to the workers.
Locals have alleged that the BDO along with his complete staff is involved in this scam as he is not taking any action in the matter. Locals have appealed to Governor N N Vohra to conduct inquiry in the matter and also appealed to vigilance organization to inquire into the matter at earliest.
The BDO concerned could not be contacted for his comment. |
