7/7/2018 12:23:56 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, July 6: Shiv Sena (Bal Thackeray) today criticized the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board for allegeding not providing the facilities to the yatries.
While addressing the media Dimpy Kohli said that the casualties of Amarnath pilgrims are very high as the track leading to holy cave is not prepared well. Crores of rupees had been spent by the board but we don't see any kind of development on the way to Amarnath Yatra, where did all this money go? why are the basic facilities the of smooth and safe road not provided by the board?, he said.
Ashwani Gupta the working president said even the Home Minister was not able to perform the Darshan and what we can expect for an ordinary yatri.
The board has totally failed and has become inefficient. The track from Panjtarni to the cave is slippery and muddy thus make it difficult for pilgrims to walk on that road. Why was everything not settled before the start of yatra?
Sanjeev Kumar the Secretary warned the Shrine Board to set all these things right, otherwise, an agitation will be started against the board as of why it happens with the Hindus only as board charges money from yatries, Langars and for each and every facility they provide.
Other who were present were Jarnial Singh, Randhir Singh, Mukesh Sharma, Raj Singh, Raju Salaria and Varun Gupta.
